Information We Collect

Information you give us when you request a match or apply to join the network:

• Contact details: name, email address, mobile phone number.
• Deal details: loan type, property location and type, loan amount, purchase price, values, rents, budgets, timeline, borrowing entity and business plan.
• Self-reported profile details: estimated credit range and investing experience.
• Documents you choose to upload, such as purchase contracts, rent rolls, leases and entity documents.
• For lending companies: company, licensing, contact, track record and capital source information.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site.
• Campaign data such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers in the link you used to reach us.
• Cookies needed to run the site, remember your language and keep partner users signed in.
• On our public pages, analytics and advertising cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and AdRoll, which help us measure site use and show ILN ads to visitors on other websites. These tools are not used on your private deal tracker or in partner accounts. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, manage AdRoll ads at adroll.com/about/privacy, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How We Use Information

• To match your request with a vetted company that serves your state, loan type and deal size.
• To let that company and its loan officers contact you and work on your request.
• To show you your private deal tracker.
• To vet and manage companies in the network.
• To measure which campaigns and channels work, prevent fraud and spam, and improve the site.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

How We Share Information

We share your request with one matched company, not a list of lenders. That company, its managers and its loan officers receive your contact and deal details and any documents you upload, so they can respond to you. Each company is independent of ILN and handles your information under its own privacy policy and the law that applies to it.

Matched companies may pay ILN a fee for introductions. Under some state privacy laws, sharing personal information for a fee can be considered a "sale." See Your Privacy Choices below.

We also share information with service providers that run the site for us (for example hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, analytics and advertising), only as needed to provide their services; with authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Text Messages And Calls

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages about your request from ILN and the company you are matched with, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any loan or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the company you are matched with, to respond to your request.

Your Privacy Choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sharing it with network companies for future requests. Email privacy@investorlendingnetwork.com with your name, email and phone number used on your request. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Deleting information from ILN does not delete copies a matched company already received. Contact that company directly for its records.

Data Security And Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls by role, and private storage for uploaded documents with short-lived access links. No system is perfectly secure.

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Business-Purpose Requests Only

ILN is for loans on non-owner-occupied investment property made for business purposes. The site is not intended for consumer loans on a home you live in, or for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
