What ILN Is

ILN is a marketplace that introduces real estate investors to independent mortgage and lending companies. ILN is not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not take loan applications on behalf of any lender, make credit decisions, quote or lock rates, or guarantee any approval, rate, term, fee or closing date.

Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice. Loan program descriptions and comparison ranges are general and illustrative only. Actual terms are set solely by the company you work with.

Business-Purpose Loans Only

The site is only for loans on non-owner-occupied investment property made for business purposes. Do not use it to request a loan on a home you or your family live in or will live in. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.

Your Information And Consent

• You agree to give accurate, current information and to have the right to share any documents you upload.
• You authorize ILN to share your request with a company in the network so it can contact you about your request.
• If you give consent, you agree to calls and texts as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

About Vetted Companies

Companies earn the ILN Vetted badge by meeting our published standard at the time of review: years in business, investor transaction volume, capital sources, licensing and regulatory record, and a background search. Vetting is based on information available to us and the company's representations. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of any company's future performance, pricing, service or compliance.

Each company is independent and solely responsible for its loan products, disclosures, licensing, underwriting and conduct. Your relationship and any loan agreement are between you and that company. Report any concern about a company to us and we will review it.

Partner Accounts

Companies, managers and loan officers using partner accounts must keep login details confidential, use leads only to respond to the investor's request, and comply with all laws that apply to them, including licensing, fair lending, privacy, and call and text rules. Commercial terms between ILN and partner companies are set in a separate agreement.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit false or someone else's information, misuse the site, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the site's operation, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for any misuse.

Intellectual Property

The site, its content, design and the ILN Vetted badge belong to ILN or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except to view and use the site as intended.

Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will be matched, contacted, approved or funded.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ILN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any company you are introduced to. ILN's total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless ILN from claims arising from information you submit, your misuse of the site, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that state have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
